# ProveMove — Full Documentation for LLMs > ProveMove is an app blocker that unlocks only after the device camera counts your exercise reps. On-device AI pose detection verifies every repetition, so screen time has to be earned rather than claimed. Developed by MB Djump (Lithuania). ## Company Information - Legal name: MB Djump (private limited liability company) - Trading name: ProveMove - Address: Silutes pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipeda, Lithuania - Website: https://www.provemove.com - Contact email: start@djump.io ## What Is ProveMove? ProveMove blocks the apps you choose and releases them only after you have physically done a set number of exercises in front of the camera. On-device AI pose detection counts each repetition in real time; partial or faked movements are not counted. The core concept is "Move-to-Unlock". Most screen time tools run on the honor system — you tap "done" and the block lifts. ProveMove verifies the work instead of trusting the claim, which is the one thing a self-reported blocker cannot do. The app is built for a general audience. An optional family mode applies the same mechanic across up to 5 profiles under a parent PIN, which is how households use it to settle screen time arguments, but solo use is the primary case. ## Positioning - Primary audience: adults and teens (13+) who want their own screen time to cost something - Secondary audience: households, via optional family mode set up by an adult account holder - Not in the Apple Kids Category or the Google Play Designed for Families programme - Categories: Health & Fitness (primary), Productivity (secondary) - Differentiator: competing screen time and "earn your scroll" apps rely on self-reporting; ProveMove verifies the movement with the camera ## How It Works 1. **Install & Set Up**: Create an account with an email address. A PIN protects settings when family mode is used. 2. **Pick the Apps**: Choose which apps get blocked — social, video, games, anything that pulls you in. 3. **Set the Price**: Decide how many exercises one unlock costs and how long the reward lasts. 4. **Do the Reps**: Opening a blocked app triggers ProveMove instead. Point the camera at yourself and move; the AI counts each repetition in real time. 5. **Apps Open**: Once the reps are verified, the block lifts for the time earned. 6. **Repeat**: The block re-applies when the earned time runs out. ## Exercises (12 Total) 1. Squats — Lower body strength 2. Jumps — Full body cardio 3. High Knees — Cardio and coordination 4. Star Jumps — Full body movement 5. Toe Touches — Flexibility 6. Arm Waves — Upper body mobility 7. Side Bends — Core flexibility 8. Lunges — Lower body strength and balance 9. Marching in Place — Light cardio 10. Overhead Claps — Upper body and coordination 11. Cross Touches — Core and coordination 12. Hands Up — Full body stretch Each exercise has a visual demonstration and real-time AI feedback on form and repetition counting. No equipment is required. ## Key Features ### Camera-Verified Rep Counting Real-time pose detection uses the device camera to identify 17 key body points and recognise the movement being performed. On Android this uses Google ML Kit Pose Detection; on iOS, the Apple Vision framework. All processing happens locally on the device — no video is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted. Partial or simulated movements do not register as valid repetitions. ### Earned Screen Time (Move-to-Unlock) - 3 minutes of screen time per completed exercise by default - Up to 15 minutes per session - The exchange rate between movement and minutes is configurable - In family mode, limits are set per profile from the parent dashboard ### App Blocker Selected apps stay locked until the required exercises are completed: - On Android: accessibility service and overlay system - On iOS: Apple Family Controls and ManagedSettings framework - Configurable per profile - Auto-activates on device boot ### Streaks, Stats and Gamification - Session, repetition and point statistics - Streak tracking for daily consistency - Coins earned per exercise for the in-app shop - Achievements with milestones - Shared leaderboard when family mode is enabled - Customisable cosmetics: frames, celebrations, titles, themes ### Family Mode (Optional) An adult creates the family, adds up to 5 profiles and protects the settings with a PIN. From the dashboard they can view each profile's history and streaks, choose which apps are blocked, set how much movement a given amount of screen time costs, and manage languages and profiles. Verification is identical to solo use — the camera counts, nobody self-reports. ### Works Offline Rep counting works completely without internet. Internet is only needed for: - Account creation and login - Syncing progress across devices - Downloading app updates ## Pricing All prices in EUR. All plans include the privacy-first promise: no ads, no video recording, no data selling. ### Free (Forever) - 1 profile - 3 basic exercises - Progress tracking - Privacy-first, no ads ### Premium Monthly — EUR 4.99/month - Up to 5 profiles - All 12 exercises - Screen time reward system - App blocker & schedules - Family mode & leaderboard - Achievements & in-app shop - Priority support - 7-day free trial included ### Premium Yearly — EUR 39.99/year (saves 33% vs monthly) - All Premium Monthly features - Best value plan - 7-day free trial included Family sharing is supported on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. ProveMove is an app blocker that makes you move to unlock. You pick the apps that eat your day and set what unlocking them costs in exercises. When you open one, ProveMove steps in and asks for the reps — and the camera watches you do them. On-device AI pose detection counts each one in real time. ### Who is ProveMove for? Anyone who wants their screen time to cost something. Most people use it solo: block the apps, do the reps, get the time. Families can use the same mechanic across up to 5 profiles with a parent PIN over the settings, but that is an option, not the point of the app. ### How does the camera verification work? The device camera feeds an on-device pose detection model that tracks key body points and recognises the movement — a squat, a jump, a lunge. Each valid repetition is counted; partial or faked movements are not. On Android this runs on Google ML Kit, on iOS on Apple's Vision framework. Everything happens locally, and no frame is ever stored or uploaded. ### Is my data safe? Yes. Camera data is processed entirely on-device and never stored. We collect the minimum needed to run an account — email, exercise statistics, settings — and we do not sell data or run ad networks. We are GDPR compliant, and family mode additionally meets COPPA requirements for children's profiles. ### Is video recorded during exercises? No. We never record, store, or transmit video or images. The camera feed is used only for real-time pose detection — the AI reads body positions and discards each frame immediately. ### How much does ProveMove cost? There is a free tier with one profile and three exercises. Premium unlocks everything — all 12 exercises, the app blocker, up to 5 profiles — for EUR 4.99 per month or EUR 39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payments run through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime. ### How do screen time rewards work? Every completed exercise buys screen time — 3 minutes by default, up to 15 minutes per session. You decide how many exercises an unlock takes and how long the reward lasts. In family mode a parent sets those limits per profile from the dashboard. ### Do I need an internet connection? Only for downloading the app, creating an account and syncing progress. Rep counting runs entirely on your device, so a session works with no connection at all. ### What exercises does the app recognise? Twelve: squats, jumps, hands up, arm waves, side bends, high knees, toe touches, star jumps, marching in place, overhead claps, lunges, and cross touches. Each one has a demonstration and real-time feedback while you move. No equipment required. ### How does family mode work? Family mode is optional. An adult creates the family, adds up to 5 profiles and protects the settings with a PIN. From the dashboard they can see each profile's history and streaks, choose which apps are blocked, and set how much movement a given amount of screen time costs. The verification is identical — the camera counts, nobody self-reports. ### Is there a free trial? Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial of Premium when you sign up for either the Monthly or Yearly plan. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. ### Does it work with Family Sharing? Yes. ProveMove supports Apple Family Sharing and Google Play family sharing. One subscription covers the whole household. ## Links - Website: https://www.provemove.com - Pricing: https://www.provemove.com/en/pricing - Privacy Policy: https://www.provemove.com/en/privacy - Terms of Service: https://www.provemove.com/en/terms
